COP TIME



This tutorial was written by me on 9th April 2010, It assumes you have working knowledge of PSP and Animation Shop and it's tools, was written in Version 9, feel free to merge layers as when needed, unless otherwise stated
You will need:
Tube Of Choice, I am using the owkr of Elias Chatzoudis, you will need a licence to use his work
Template160 by Beth which you can download from Blissfully Beth
My Supplies ( unfortunately I lost, after re-adding )

Open the template and duplicate > close the original > delete the copyright layer > replace the background layer with a flood filled white one > image > resize > all layers 80% > image > canvas size > 600x600
click on black circle1 > open brick paper and paste as a new layer > invert and hit delete > delete the original layer > repeat with the other circle

click on blue glitter > adjust > colorization, settings: 0, 0 > merge down with the circle
repeat with the other glitter circle
click on frame 1 >magic wand > delete the grey > open tube of choice and paste as a new layer > invert and delete > lower opacity
repeat with the other 2 frames and merge all 3 together > drop shadow
Merge down the wordart background to the wordart
Click on the grey oval > effects > blinds > settings: width-3, opacity-53, colour-black, horizontal, left to right both checked > hit ok
using your freehand selection tool set to point to point draw around all 3 white frame borders then on all the other layers > hit delete > to rmeove anything showing through
Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer > drop shadow and position
Open the handcuffs and paste as a new layer and position ( see mine )
add the copyrights, your mark and any text you would like > crop around your tag and copy merged into Animation Shop
Open the siren lights and duplicate your tag until you have 5 frames > add the lights
view animation and save
